Welcome to My Little Corner of the Internet 🤍
Hello!!
My name is Taylor, and I’m so happy you’re here.
I’m 25, a mom of two, a wife, a social media manager, creative director, creator and someone who is constantly dreaming up the next thing.
I started my first business, Zeal Social Management, when I was 19. At 21, I started my UGC creator agency, and over the years, it’s grown into a world of brands, creators, models, shoots, content and people I genuinely love working with.
My husband, Mason, has been beside me through so much of it. He works with me, helps me create, takes photos when I need him to and has been part of building this life with me from the beginning.
Today, we work with around 40 models across Canada who create content for our clients.
But as much as I love that world, I wanted somewhere that was a little more me.
Why I Created This
I’ve wanted to create my own magazine and blog for a long time.
Before any of this, I was the girl looking online for advice.
I would search for fashion tips, makeup ideas, relationship advice, things to do, ways to feel more confident and just little pieces of guidance from people who seemed to have it figured out.
I wanted somewhere that felt like that, but more personal.
A place where we could talk about life, beauty, fashion, relationships, motherhood, confidence, creativity, work, sex, food, everyday things and everything in between.
I want this to feel young, fun, honest and a little bit like having a big sister on the internet.
You Don't Have to Choose One Life
One of the biggest things I want to share through this space is that you don't have to give up yourself when your life changes.
You can be a mom.
You can be married.
You can build a career.
You can have dreams that have nothing to do with being a mom or a wife.
You can change your mind.
You can grow.
You can still dress up, go out, create things, have fun and figure out who you are.
You don't have to become a version of yourself that you don't recognize just because your life looks different now.
I’m still figuring that out myself.
I don't have everything figured out, and I definitely don't have the perfect answer for you. I'm not here to pretend that I do.
What I can do is share my own experiences honestly and let you come along for the journey.
Where It All Started
Before Zeal, before the businesses, before everything I'm doing now, there was writing.
A friend of mine, Noel Bentley, saw a spark in me really early on and encouraged me to write, shoot content and bring the two together.
Over the course of three years, we built something really special that reached around 20,000 monthly readers and became a beautiful collection of my personal work.
I still have those pages, and I want to keep them here because they’re part of where I came from.
I think there's something really special about being able to look back at who you were and see how far you've come.
So, What Is This?
This is my little corner of the internet.
A place to write.
A place to create.
A place to share the things I'm learning.
A place to experiment.
A place to talk about things we might not always say out loud.
There will be lifestyle stories, makeup and beauty, fashion and styling, recipes, behind the scenes, travel, personal stories, relationships, advice, creator life, motherhood, my favourite things and probably a lot of random things along the way.
Some things will be free.
Some things will be for my Close Friends.
And some will be a little more personal and tucked away in the Inner Circle.
There will also be a podcast, because apparently I didn't have enough things going on already.
A Little Something for My Kids
One of the reasons this means so much to me is that I want my kids to be able to look back at this one day.
I want them to see who their mom was.
What she believed in.
What she created.
What she was learning.
What she loved.
What she was afraid of.
What she dreamed about.
I want them to see that I didn't stop being myself when I became their mom.
I built a life that included them and included me.
Maybe this little website will become a time capsule of that.
You're Welcome Here
I want this to be a safe space to explore, experiment, ask questions and just be yourself.
You don't have to have everything figured out.
You don't have to know exactly where you're going.
You don't have to be the best version of yourself every single day.
You just have to keep going.
Keep loving.
Keep trying.
And give yourself a little grace along the way.
I'm always here to chat, and I genuinely cannot explain how excited I am to finally have this space.
So whether you've been following me for years or you're finding me for the first time, welcome.
I'm so happy you're here.
You are seen.
You are wanted here.
And I hope you find something in this little corner of the internet that makes you laugh, teaches you something, inspires you, or just makes you feel a little less alone.
Sending you all the love.
Keep going. Keep loving. Keep trying your best.
We’ve got this. 🤍
