Come Do My Work Makeup With Me 💄 | Trying Lisa Noto Creme Blushes

I Tried Lisa Noto’s Creme Blushes… And I Have A Favourite 👀

I’m always a little too excited to try a new blush, so when these Lisa Noto Creme Blushes showed up, I knew I had to actually put them to the test.

If you haven’t heard of LISA NOTO, the Canadian beauty brand was founded by Lisa Noto in 2013. Lisa came from a background in modelling, television and film before creating a beauty line inspired by her love of wellness, natural beauty and simplicity. The brand focuses on natural cosmetics and creating products that enhance your features rather than completely cover them.

And honestly… that whole idea feels very on brand for a good everyday makeup routine.

Okay… Let’s Talk About The Formula

The first thing I noticed was how creamy these are.

The formula practically melts onto your finger, making it so easy to pick up and apply. I also tried using a dry brush, and it blended onto my cheeks so effortlessly.

And the pigment?!

You know those viral makeup videos you keep seeing of the new brand PIMBY where the tiniest little tap gives you a crazy amount of colour? That was honestly the first thing I thought of when I swatched these.

Think of Lisa Noto as your Canadian version of that pigment packed makeup moment.

The swatches were SO good. The colour showed up immediately, and you really do not need much product to get a noticeable flush.

A little bit goes a LONG way.

Which I actually loved because you can start with the tiniest amount and build it up instead of accidentally putting half the pot on your face.

So, Which Shade Actually Won?

I decided to test the shades while doing my actual work makeup, because I feel like that is where you really find out if a blush is going to become a staple or just sit pretty in your makeup drawer.

🌸 The Pink

This one was my winner.

The pink shade is the one I could see myself reaching for constantly. It has that pretty, fresh, everyday look that works for going to work, grabbing coffee, running errands or even building up for going out.

It just makes your makeup look a little more alive without feeling like you are wearing a lot of blush.

🍊 The Orange

Okay… the orange was BRIGHT.

It was a little too much for me personally for my everyday makeup, BUT I completely see the vision.

Give me a cute tan, some body glitter, gold jewellery and a summer outfit and suddenly I understand exactly what this shade is doing.

I think this would be such a fun summer, holiday or bronzed makeup shade.

🍇 The Plum

The plum shade surprised me because I actually loved it.

It feels so romantic and a little moodier than the pink. I would absolutely wear this for a date night, dinner or whenever I want my makeup to feel a little more sultry.

I’m picturing this with deeper red tones, extra contour and a slightly darker lip.

Very romantic dinner date energy.

My Final Ranking

🥇 Pink: My everyday favourite
🥈 Plum: Date night + romantic makeup
🥉 Orange: Summer, tan and gold jewellery

I love when one product can completely change the mood of your makeup depending on the shade. And while the pink is definitely the one I’ll be reaching for the most, I think the plum might be the one I pull out when I want my makeup to feel a little more special.

Now I just need an excuse to wear the orange with a tan. ✨
